Shipping Policy

1. Shipping for all items is a flat rate of $6.50.
2. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and can be tracked via the tracking number at . If you wish to be emailed the tracking number, please be sure to include a valid email address with your order.
3. We cannot ship internationally at this time through the website but if you are interested in an item on the website, please contact me and we can send a paypal invoice including international shipping costs for that item.
4. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or terrifs that may occur on international orders.

Canceling an Order

1. If you wish to cancel your order:

1. you can notify us by email to kdeguire@gmail.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or

2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the guidelines below.

2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for full store credit or exchange. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you full store of the amount paid minus shipping costs. Under most circumstances, we cannot give cash refunds. If a cash refund is requested, it will have to be considered on a case to case basis.
4. The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -

1. in the event that the product has been used.
2. to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you.
